Unwind is a potent elixir featuring the fresh extracts of medicinals grown with care and reverence on our lakeside garden. In this bottle, adaptogens and nervines come together to support mental & physical relaxation and deep nervous system replenishment. Feeling wound- up? Use 1/4 - 1 tsp. every 15 minutes until symptoms subside. We use smaller doses throughout the day to promote relaxation and a heavier dose before bed to support deep sleep.
