honoring Nature's wisdom

Our mission is to support the sacred connection between people and plants. This calling is expressed in the form of plant medicine to empower your quest for health, healing, and connection.

The planet is sacred. The plants are a gift.

Since I can remember, I have always whispered to trees, giggled among flowers, and danced with butterflies--a continuous fascination with nature that I never grew out of.

Born from a lifelong love & study of nature, Rose & Crown Apothecary is rooted in supporting the sacred connection between People + Plants. Because the plants need us, as much as we need them. This mission is expressed through herbal offerings formulated to nourish the nature in you, cultivating resilience and (re)connection.

Picture a salty river winding along a coastal estuary, and just beyond the bank, a homestead, over a century old, anchors the floodplain landscape. Now picture no road, only a boat can take you to this wild & magical place. Welcome to the heart of Rose & Crown Apothecary.

Nestled along the banks of a tidal river, we grow & tend medicinal plants in harmony with nature's fresh air, clean water, and rich soil on the central Oregon coast. We steward, love, and nurture this land and in return, it does the same for us. This flowing relationship is reflected in our offerings. Ingredients not grown on our homestead are sourced locally-and always organic.

Truly, the plants are the best teachers and much of my knowledge is by growing, tending, and listening to them. My academia accolades include earning a Bachelors of Science in Sustainable Horticulture and Soil Science from Oregon State University. Through the years, I studied therapeutic horticulture and worked in hospitals around the Portland Metro Area. This came to a halt when the current of the herbalist's path was to strong to ignore. Over the past 8 years I have studied under various naturopathic physicians, acupuncturists, and herbalists from around the country. I was also lucky enough to grow up in this community and am eternally grateful for my lifelong teachers. My roots consist of a deep love for botany, 5-element theory, poetry, ethnobotany, alchemy, plant energetics, foraging, Celtic folklore, homesteading, horticulture-and magic.

Currently, I am in the midst of becoming a licensed massage therapist and clinical herbalist under the American Herbalist Guild. Once this is completed, I will open a clinical practice specializing in women's care.

Thank you for supporting this small batch, earth-centered, seed to bottle, woman owned apothecary.

With care & gratitude,
