Meet a few of the herbs in this blend
Skullcap: A wonderfully relaxing nervine (class of herbs that are nourishing to the nervous system) that is great for those who experience stress and become agitated and tense. Skullcap helps ease and relax that tension in the moment and when taken regularly overtime, can help support nervous system tone and regulation. Skullcap is an herb I turn to often for nervous tension, anxiety, and trouble sleeping.

Motherwort: The scientific name for motherwort is Leonurus cardiaca and translates to "lion-heart". A relaxing nervine that is great for those with a mind that goes, “what if this happens, and what if this happens, and what if this happens..." and can work themselves up to a physical anxiety response… Another indication for motherwort is anxiety that manifests as heart palpitations. Motherwort is a beautiful herb and can be used as a tonic for strengthening sense of self.

Chamomile: A classic herb for frayed nerves and nervous tension. Chamomile is gentle but effective for easing nervous tension and agitation. The aromatic profile of chamomile
makes it a great herb for someone whose anxiety manifests through digestive discomfort.

Hawthorn: A member of the rose family, hawthorn has a long, storied history and shines as an herb for balancing the emotional & physical aspects of the heart. When taken consistently and overtime, hawthorn is regarded for having a restoring effect on the cardiovascular system, including helping ease heart palpitations, modulating blood pressure, and strengthening the function and structural integrity of the heart & blood vessels*. Emotionally, hawthorn is indicated for loss and grief that leaves one feeling closed up. Hawthorn is a gentle but powerful tonic for supporting the heart and helping one connect to their core self.
