Fresh arnica from the garden and foraged St. John's wort blossoms blend together with warming ginger, relaxing kava kava root, invigorating menthol, and ruby red cayenne to soothe tense, tired, achy, and overworked muscles. 

This invigorating balm stands out because we infuse fresh arnica and St. John's wort flowers into organic sunflower oil. The result is a potent balm that can be used to ease musculoskeletal discomfort, invigorate circulation, and support recovery. Massage a small amount onto neck, shoulders, low back, SI area, or anywhere that tends to be compromised or aggravated due to old injury/overuse. 

Contains: Arnica* and St. John's wort* infused fresh into sunflower oil **  with kava kava**, ginger**, cayenne**, coconut oil**, menthol crystals**, Willamette valley beeswax, non-GMO vitamin E, and an invigorating blend of essential oils**. Formula contains trace amounts of high proof spirits.
